Is Car Rental Durrës the company renting me the car?
We are an independent local booking service. We help you compare suitable vehicles and coordinate the reservation; the confirmed rental provider supplies the car and enters into the rental agreement with you.
When is my booking confirmed?
Your request is confirmed once the vehicle or category, price, conditions and collection details have been checked with the provider and accepted by you.
Can I choose an exact make and model?
Most listings are by category and may show “or similar”. If a particular model matters to you, tell us before booking and we will confirm with the provider whether it can be guaranteed.
What happens after I send a request?
We check availability with the responsible partner and reply with a suitable car, the price, the deposit and the rental conditions. Nothing is charged and nothing is committed until you accept.

Always review the confirmed summary together with the provider’s rental agreement.
What is included in the rental price?
The listing summary shows the included mileage, standard insurance and any listed equipment. Fuel, optional extras, additional cover or delivery may be charged separately.
How much is the security deposit?
The amount depends on the vehicle and the provider. The deposit, the accepted payment method and the release conditions are shown to you before you confirm.
What insurance is included?
The confirmed vehicle includes the legally required cover and may include additional standard protection. We explain the excess and any optional upgrades before you agree.
Can I pay in cash?
Payment and deposit methods vary by provider. Some accept cash for the rental but still require a card or a cash deposit. The accepted methods are confirmed for your booking.

Where can I collect the car?
Typical options include Durrës city centre, Durrës ferry port and, with selected partners, Tirana International Airport. Delivery depends on the vehicle and may carry a charge.
Can I drive outside Albania?
Cross-border travel needs advance approval and the correct documents or insurance. Tell us which countries you plan to visit before booking so we can check it with the provider.
What documents do I need?
You normally need a valid driving licence, a passport or identity card, and a payment method accepted for the deposit. Additional licence requirements depend on your issuing country.
What happens if I need help during the rental?
Use the support contact given to you at handover. We also stay available to help coordinate communication with the provider.
