Three steps from request to pickup
Every booking follows the same simple path. You stay in control at each step, and nothing is charged or committed until you accept the option we send you.

Request
Tell us about your trip
Choose a car from our listings or simply describe what you need. Share your rental dates, where you’d like to collect and return the car, and the main driver’s details. You can send everything through the website or by WhatsApp — whatever is easiest.

Confirm
Review your option and conditions
We check availability with the responsible local provider and reply with a suitable car, the price, the deposit and the key rental conditions — mileage, insurance and any extras. You’ll have everything in writing to review before you decide.

Pickup
Collect the car and drive
Once you’re happy with the option, we confirm the final details and coordinate the time and meeting point — at Tirana Airport, Durrës port, your hotel or in the city. You’ll receive a support contact for your rental, then you’re ready to go.

What you’ll need to book
A short checklist so collection goes smoothly. The exact requirements can vary by vehicle and provider, so they are always confirmed for your specific booking before you accept.
A valid driving licence
The main driver needs a valid driving licence. A minimum age and minimum licence-held period usually apply, and requirements for licences issued outside the EU depend on your country. We confirm what applies to you before booking.
Identity & travel documents
Bring a passport or national identity card for the driver. If you’re arriving by air or ferry, having your flight or crossing details to hand helps us coordinate the pickup time at the airport or port.
A deposit — by card or cash
The provider holds a security deposit against the vehicle for the duration of the rental. Both card and cash are accepted — the amount, the payment details and the release conditions are confirmed for your booking before you accept.

What happens at pickup
When you collect the car, take a few minutes to check it over together with the provider. Confirm the fuel level, note any existing marks and make sure you have the documents and your support contact before you drive off.
During your rental, keep that contact to hand for any questions or changes to your plans. When you return the car at the agreed time and place, the deposit is released according to the provider’s conditions.
